A native Long Islander, Dr. Nicholas Menna grew up on the north shore, and is proud to serve the community he calls home. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Long Island University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2025, after completing his undergraduate studies in chemistry at St. Joseph’s University in 2021.
Dr. Menna has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and emergency medicine. He began his career during vet school as a technician in a surgical referral center where he gained valuable experience in advanced surgical procedures and perioperative care. This hands-on training has equipped him with a broad depth of surgical understanding that he brings to his daily practice
He is passionate about the human-animal bond and finds great fulfillment in helping pet owners better understand and care for their companions. He is known for his approachable communication style and takes pride in educating clients to support long-term wellness for their pets.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Menna is a competitive CrossFit athlete and coach, as well as an avid runner. He also enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with his beloved pets—three dogs and two cats—who keep him on his toes and constantly inspired
